Thanks to its high resolution, this examination effectively detects traumatic injuries, inflammatory conditions, degenerative changes, and tumors that may not be visible on conventional X-rays.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>If you experience swelling, increased temperature in the thigh area, persistent pain, or other signs of inflammation, CT can help identify possible arthritis, osteomyelitis, or other infectious conditions.
